Last week I shared my plan to simplify our meals for Lent. You can see the first week here. These two weeks will repeat until Easter.
Here are the meals for the second week:
- Scallop risotto (by candlelight)
seafood risotto, without Arborio rice.
- Fajitas (picnic with Papa)
- Venison burgers, fresh veggies
- Salmon spaghetti pie
- Slow roasted Vietnamese chicken, rice, vegetables
