Simple Menu Plan (Part 2) for the Week of 3/1


Last week I shared my plan to simplify our meals for Lent.  You can see the first week here.  These two weeks will repeat until Easter.

Here are the meals for the second week:


Dinner plans:

          This post includes a description of how I make a frugal version of 
          seafood risotto, without Arborio rice.

  •  Fajitas (picnic with Papa)
